Global Aid against Poverty

Global Aid against Poverty (GAAP) Is Non-profit Organization registered with the Washington Secretary of State as a Charitable Organization and has held status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization since January of 1993.

(GAAP) has been operating Since 1993, providing economic, health, food, and emergency relief. GAAP also has helped communities to develop strategies on how to eliminate extreme poverty and meet the needs of vulnerable children. For more then a decade GAAP has collaborated with ngo's and relief agencies in the world to provide programs and services that help to reduce the negative impact of poverty. The main operational offices are located in Seattle, WA (USA) Kenya and Somalia(East Africa)...

Global Aid Against Poverty Mission. Is working towards sustained poverty reduction by supporting local communities achieve their basic rights, maintain and improve their livelihood and cope with conflict and droughts.


The primary objective of our organization is to provide safe drinking water to people in rural areas particularly for women and children. Improve hygiene and sanitation practices reduce child maternity mortality Encourage refugee, living in abroad to improve life for those back home and make normal daily life in the Villages.

Family Shelter. That is build from local materials. These shelters protect families from rain, wind, sandstorms, and sunlight.

Dig A Well. Water wells, Water Tanks, Hand Pumps, Water Supply Systems, etc..)

Education Services Schools, scholarships, Fees, Books, Clothes, etc...

  • Employment training program.
  • Poverty alleviation & Livelihood program through interest free loans technical training & skills development.
  • Providing relief and development service in country’s in Africa and other parts of the world.
  • And engaging in other humanitarian efforts both in the USA and other parts of the world.


In the long run the organization aims to improve the health of communities in rural areas and reduce the frequent out breaks of water related disease such as Cholera, Typhoid and Bilharzias.

In order to improve the standard living condition of vulnerable communities Global Aid against Poverty has provided full package of essential agricultural Tools as indicated below:

  • Tractor hires cost for seed bed preparation.
  • Distribution of agriculture hand tools including (Cereals, Vegetables) seeds.
  • Purchase Water Pump, Engine for irrigation. Purchase one pair of Oxen with equipment for Trails and Training purpose.
  • Rehabilitation of main and secondary irrigation Canals by farmers as part of Community Contrition.
